产妇对产后抑郁症认知情况及健康宣教需求的调查分析
Investigation and Analysis of the Cognition of Delivery Women on Postpartum Depression and Their Needs of Health Education

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for health education about postpartum depression for delivery women. METHODS: Questionnaire survey was conducted among 180 delivery women to investigate their cognition of postpartum depression, and the results were estimated by descriptive analysis and stepwise analysis. RESULTS: The score of postpartum depression cognition was (20.80 ± 4.52); the education level, the family income, delivery time and the level of social support were main influencing factors. 94.3% of delivery women hoped that the medical workers would be the educator. Discharging from hospital was the best time to health education and handing out booklet was the most likely to be accepted. CONCLUSIONS: The cognition situation of delivery women on postpartum depression is not good. Standard and effective health education should be reinforced.关键词
