Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To explore the new model of modern hospital TCM management, and to improve hospital pharmacy management. METHODS : According to the relevant laws and regulations, referring to theory and pattern of Modern Hospital TCM Management, combined with the actual work of pharmaceutical management in our hospital, the achievements of pharmaceutical management in our hospital were interpreted in terms of enhancing pharmacy personnel training, dispensing management and clinical pharmacy, paying attention to scientific research work and preparation management. RESULTS&CONCLUSION: The theory and pattern of modern hospital TCM management not only standardize pharmaceutical management of our hospital, but also enhance the pharmaceutical management level, which is in line with the requirements of current hospital pharmacy under new Medical Reform. It is a worthy reference theory and mode of hospital pharmacy management.
