黄柏及其炮制品水提物体内、外抑菌作用研究
Bacteriostatic Effects of Phellodendron chinense and Its Processed Products Water Extract in Vitro and in Vivo

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study the bacteriostatic effects of Phellodendron chinense and its processed products water extract in vitro and in vivo. METHODS: The sensitivity of P. chinense and its processed products water exteact to various germ strains was detected by in vitro bacteriostatic test. Effects of P. chinense (0.46,0.92,1.84 g·kg-1) and its processed products water extract on mortality of mice with peritoneal injection of Staphylococcus aurous were observed by in vivo bacteriostatic test. RESULTS: P. chinense and its processed products had varying degrees of bacteriostatic activity in vitro and in vivo, and the processed products with wine showed the best inhibitory effect. The processed products with wine 1.84 g·kg-1 had the best effect on improving the mortality of mice with peritoneal injection of Staphylococcus aurous. CONCLUSION: It is scientific that the processed products with wine of P. chinense are used for the treatment of bacterial diseases.
