摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the ultrasonic extraction technology of tanshinones IIA from Salvia miltiorrhiza. METHODS : The ultrasonic extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal design with the percentage of aether petrolei and acetic ether, amount of solvent and ultrasonic time as index using extraction rate of tanshinoneII a as evaluation index. RESULTS: The optimal extraction technology was as follows: 2-fold aether petrolei and acetic ether (2:1), ultrasonic extracting for 30 min. The extraction rate of tanshinone E A was 14.1%. CONCLUSION: The extraction technology is simple and feasible, and can be used for the extraction of tanshinone IIA from S. miltiorrhiza.
