UPLC法测定连翘中连翘苷的含量
Determination of Phillyrin in Forsythia suspensa by UPLC
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish the UPLC method for the determine of phillyrin in Forsythia suspensa. METHODS: The determination was performed on a Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18( 100 mm×2.1 mm, 1.8 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of aceto-nitrile-water(24:76, V/V) at the flow rate of 0.3 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 277 nm and the column temperature was at the room temperature. RESULTS: The linear range was 5.942 4~59.424 0 ng(r=0.999 3) with an average recovery of 99.83%(RSD=1.27%,n=6). CONCLUSION: UPLC method is rapid, accurate and reproducible, and it also use the less organic solvent than traditional HPLC method. The method can be used for the quality control of F. suspensa.关键词
