微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定彝药一口血中6种金属元素的含量
Content Determination of 6 Metal Elements in Yi Nationality Medicine Yi-kou-xue by Microwave Digestion-AAS

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of 6 metal elements (Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Ca, Mg) in Yi nationality medicine Yi-kou-xue. METHODS: The samples were diluted by microwave with HNO3. The contents of 6 mental elements (Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Ca and Mg) were determined by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy. RESULTS: Relative coefficients of linear relationship of those mental elements were all more than 0.995 0. Average recovery ranged from 94.0% to 106.0%, and RSD from 2.8% to 5.8% (n=6). CONCLUSION: The results show that the Yi-kou-xue is rich in metal elements which are necessary for human. The method applied in this study is simple, accurate and satisfactory, and can be applied to simultaneous determination of several metal elements in Yi-kou-xue.关键词
