Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of ferullic acid in Lingqi juangan capsules. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Phenomenex C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-1% glacial acetic acid (32 :68) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 320 nm and the column temperature was at 30 ℃. RESULTS: The linear range of ferullic acid were 9.84~ 98.40 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 4) with mean recoveries of 99.12% (RSD=0.28% ,n=9). CONCLUSION: The established method is simple, easy, precise and reproducible with good stability, and it is suitable for the content determination of ferullic acid in Lingqi juangan capsules.
