弧形胎儿镜激光治疗前壁胎盘双胎输血综合征3例临床研究
Fetoscopic Laser Occlusion of Chorioangiopagous Placental Vessels with Arcuated Fetoscope in Twin-twin Transfusion Syndrome with Anterior Placenta
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the role of arcuate fetnaeopic laser occlusion of chorioangiopagous placental vessels (ATLOC) with arcuated fetoscope in treating twin-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) with anterior placenta. Methods The diagnosis and treatment of three eases, admitted in our hospital from March to Ototober, 2011 ,of anterior-placental TTTS were analyzed. Results The three operations were all successful. The mothers and newborns had no complications. Conclusion It is concluded that AFLOC can improve the symptoms of TTTS, and AFLOC with arcuated fetoscope plays an important role in the treaiment of anterior-placental 1115.关键词
