大豆籽粒不同发育时期基因表达谱分析
Gene expression profile of developing soybean seeds
摘要
Abstract
Solexa high - throughput RNA - sequencing were performed on 35DAF ( days after flowering) , 55DAF and 65DAF samples at transcriptional level, while seeds at 15DAF served as control. Totally 9 905 differential expressed unigenes were co — expressed genes. Combined with GO functional annotation and pathway analysis, 12 novel co — expressed unigenes that regulated fatty acid biosynthesis pathway and 6 novel co — expressed unigenes that regulated methionine metabolism were found. qRT — PCR was focused on 12 differentially expressed genes from cDNA materials of 55DAF. Results were consistent with those from Solexa sequencing.关键词
