NaCl胁迫对向日葵幼苗生长及茎组织解剖结构的影响
Effect of salt stress on growth and stem anatomical structure of sunflower
摘要
Abstract
Pot experiments were conducted to investigate neural salt ( NaCl) stress effects on seedling growth and stem profile of three sunflower cultivais ( Kangdi 5, 2603 and KWS203 ) . Results showed less negative effects on Kangdi 5. With the increase of NaCl, emergence time was delayed and emergence rate was decreased. Seedling height and leaf amounts were negatively affected at 0.2mol/L NaCl. Meanwhile,when salt concentration was higher, the layers of parenchyma cells and tegumental cells increased significantly particularly in Kangdi 5 stem. The layers of collenchyma cells increased as well. Raphide (NaCl needle crystal) became thicker in parenchyma cells and the amount increased significantly in these three sunflowers.关键词
