Practical application of process reengineering in CT scan appointment and registration
摘要
Abstract
This paper first analyzes the current situation of patients'appointment and registration service flow in CT scan. Then it discusses how to shorten appointment time, reduce CT examination time and rationally plan patient queuing in order to improve the existing conditions to make CT examination best meet the clinical needs of diagnosis and treatment.关键词
