摘要

Abstract

Based on the stakeholder theory, the paper analyzed the hospital medical behavior stakeholders, explained the satisfaction evaluation scope, namely the internal satisfaction and external satisfaction evaluation, and the evaluation methods, which includes direct evaluation and indirect evaluation, combination of short -term and long -term, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and so forth. Finally, constructing the satisfaction of evaluation system for public hospital medical behaviors was put forward.
