Abstract
Based on the analysis of the problems exist in the current public hospitals'medical ethical archives management such as the management institution and management personnel team structure is not rational, medical ethics archives management means lagged, medical ethics files management did not play its proper role and so forth, this paper proposed the counlermeasures; improve the recognition of the importance of medical ethics files, take medical ethics network management and advanced archives examination content and rich and medical personnel directly contacted the rewards and punishment. Through the medical ethics effective supervision and examination of the medical ethics of archives management, making public hospitals supply the best services with lofty medical ethics, superb skills, pushing forward the construction of medical ethics.关键词
