Abstract
In order to establish a harmonious doctor - patient relationship , it is necessary to improve doctor -patient communication. Its a new idea that establishing a communication assistant in the doctor - patient communication. Tlie importance and necessity of the interns as the communication assistants, the value of easing the conflicts between doctors and patients and making up the communication defects between nurses and patients were ex-pounded in this paper from the view point of adapting to the new medical model, training medical talents and filling the teaching blank. The principles and measures for training the communication assistant are: clearly defining the responsibilities and obligations, linking no benefits together; perfecting training mode, making self improving; perfecting evaluation system, paying attention to the following medical ethics construction.关键词
