摘要
Abstract
Based on the analysis of existing research results and the empirical data, combining the function a-nalysis on family account of new rural cooperative healthcare and urban personal healthcare account using the basic theory of medical ethics, the author is in favor of the establishment of family account, from theoretical tendency and moral intuition, namely outpatient family account and inpatient co - ordination mode. Advocate the individual accounts unite with the overall fund model in the basic medical insurance system for urban employees. As well as a-gree to expand the payment scope of individual accounts, especially for the beneficiaries.关键词
