Influence of Producing Areas on Concentration of Total Saponins and Oleanolic Acid and Adenosine in the Roots of Anemzone Altaica

Abstract
Objective To determine the level of total saponins and oleanolic acid and adenosine in the roots of Anemzone altaica from different habitats. Methods Using the content of total saponins as evaluation indexes by UV-750. UV spectroscopy based on reference material of oleanolic acid, total saponins in the roots of Anemzone altaica were determined, detection wavelength was set at 208 nm. The concentration of oleanolic acid were determined by HPLC,Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm),column temperature was at room temperature (251 ), mobile phase of acetonitrile - water (92 : 8), flow rale of 1 mL/min, detection wavelength for 208 nm. The concentration of adenosine were determined by HPLC,Diamonsil C? Column (250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5μm) .column temperature was at room temperature (25 ℃ ), mobile phase of aeetonitrile - water - acetonitrile (8:92),flow rate of 1 mL/min, detection wavelength of 260 nm. Results The contents of total saponins and oleanolic acid and adenosine in the roots of Anemzone altaica form different habitats were different from one another. Conclusion The contents of total saponins and oleanolic acid and adenosine in the roots of Anemzone altaica form different habitats were different.关键词
