近红外光谱技术用于川红活血胶囊提取过程的研究
Studies on NIR Spectroscopy of Chuanhong Huoxue Capsules Extraction Process
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for on-site analysis of paeoniilorin content of Chuanhong Huoxue Capsules Extracting process with acousto optictunable filter(AOTF)-near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy technology. Methods To collect fluid samples on-site and to establish database of paeonifloxin content and NIR spectroscopy; then calibration model of NIR spectroscopy - paeoniflorin content was established with partial least squares (PLSl);to verify the calibration model prediction with samples collected online. Results Correlation coefficients R2 between calibration model and inside data were 0. 992 and 0.995; average relative deviations of prediction and outside sample were 4. 25%; method precision RSD were 2. 70%; sample stabilities in 5 h were 2. 07%; forecast recoveries were 96. 7%. Conclusion NIR spectroscopy for on - site analysis of paeoniflorin content of Chuanhong Huoxue Capsules Extracting process is fast, direct, and to achieve on - site analysis.关键词
