Abstract
Objective To determine puerarin in Puerariae lobatae by Solid phase extraction and HPLC. Methods Puerarin can be enriched and impurified by solid phase extraction on a Sep-Park-C18 artridge.and separated on Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol -water (25 : 75). The flow rate was 0. 5 mL/min. Puerarin in Puerariae lobatae was monitored by SPD,and determined by this method. Results The recovery of puerarin was 96. 08%. The relative standard deviation was 1. 51% (n = 6). Conclusion The method was applied to the determination of puerarin in Puerariae lobatae with good results.关键词
