Abstract
Objective To explore and establish a whole set of standard operating procedure for clinical pharmacist. Methods According to the requirements of the Ministry of Public Health for establishing the clinical pharmacists system and combined with clinical pharmacists' duty, at the present stage the work modes of clinical pharmacists in clinical practice were analyzed, discussed and summarized. Results The establishment of clinical pharmacist standard operating procedure is a complex systems engineering, which needs the clinical pharmacists constantly sum up, develop and perfect in the clinical practice, and gradually forms a series of clinical pharmacists working management documents and program documents. Conclusion The standard operating procedure will effectively guarantee the sci-entification and standardization of the clinical pharmacists works.关键词
