Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of itopride combined with Compound Digestive Enzyme for the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods In a randomized controlled experiment, 125 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(63 cases) received itopride alone. And the test group was added with Compound Digestive Enzyme on the base of itopride treatment. Four weeks were taken as a course of treatment for two groups. Results After treatment, the total symptom scores of two groups all were obviously decreased. The total efficacy rate was 77. 8% in the control group, which was significantly lower than 87.1% in the test group, with statistical difference between the two groups ( P < 0. 05). However, the adverse reactions of two groups showed no significant difference ( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The treatment scheme of itopride combined with Compound Digestive Enzyme for functional dyspepsia is safe and effective, which is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
