摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish a TLC method for identification of flavonoids in Microcos paniculata L. , and the quality control of Microcos paniculata L. Was developed by FTIR analysis. Methods Fifteen Microcos paniculata L. From different regions were researched by TLC and FTIR. Results The spots of kaempferol, vitexin and isovitexin were clear and highly specific, and the separation was good. The sixteen characteristic peaks were found in infrared spectra. Conclusion These two methods are simple, accurate and reproducible and can be used efficiently to control the quality of Microcos paniculata L..
