摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a high - performance Liquid chromatographic method for the determination of quercetin in Aibizia julibrissin and Hehuanmi. Methods The method has been developed on a Extned-C18 Column (250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm) by using acetonitrile - 0. 1 % phosphoric acid (25 : 75) as the mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min at 30 ℃ , and the detection wavelength was 256 nm. Results The detector response for quercetin was linear in the range of 0.057 6 to 1. 440 μg( r= 1. 000 0). The recovery was 98.65% with RSD of 1. 58% (n = 9). Conclusion HPLC method is reliable,reproducible and simple. There was no significant difference in quercetin content between Albizia julibrissin. And Hehuanmi.关键词
