Preparation and Quality Control of Nanosized Sulfur Gel
摘要
Abstract
Objective To prepare nanosized sulfur gel and establish a method for its quality control. Methods Nanosized sulfur was synthesized in liquid under room temperature. Nanosized sulfur gel was prepared using carbopol 940 as primary matrix, and then evaluated by pH value test, sulfur content test, stability test and irritability test. Results Nanosized sulfur size is 50-80 nm. Nanosized sulfur gel has suitable fluidity at room temperature and can be well distributed. The pH value was 6. 5. The standard of sulfur content and stability was obtained. Conclusions The preparing technique of nanosized sulfur gel is feasible. The gel is stable and its quality is controllable.关键词
