Abstract
Objective To investigate the compatibility stability of Sodium Tanshinone Ⅱa Sulfonate Injection with 4 kinds of infusion. Methods Under the room temperature, Sodium Tanshinone ⅡA. Sulfonate Injection was used in combination with 0. 9% Sodium Chloride Injection, 10% Glucose Injection, Glucose And Sodium Chloride Injection and Sodium Lactate Ringer's Injection respectively. At 0, 1,2, 4,8, 12 h, the appearance, pH and insoluble particles of compatible solutions were observed. The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was adopted to determine the content of sodium tanshinone Ha sulfonate. Results The clarity and color of the compatible solutions of Sodium Tanshione Da Sulfonate Injection with 4 kinds of infusion solution had no change within 12 h and no bubbles were generated. The pH had no significant changes. The results of the insoluble particle testing conformed to the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The concentration of the solution was somewhat decreased after 4 h of the content determination, but was more than 95% and met the quality requirements. Conclusion Sodium Tanshinone ⅡA Sulfonate Injection with 4 kinds of infusion is stable within 12 h under normal temperature.关键词
