Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the chrysophanic acid in Yangweining Jiaonang. Methods Chroraatographic column is phenomenex C18(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase is methanol -0.1% phosphate(70 : 30); the flow rate is 1.0mL/min; the column temperature is 35 X.; the wavelength is 254 nm. Results The linear range of chrysophanic acid is 41.68-208.4 ng. Regression Equations is Y= -4 707. 53 +5 484. 98X, (r = 0. 999 998). The average recovery is 99. 23% , RSD = 1. 37%. Conclusion The method is simple,fast,accurate and specific,and it can be used for the quality control of Yangweining Jiaonang.关键词
