Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Pipeline in Tungluo Qutong Gao by HPLC. Methods The chro-matographic column was Kromasil C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 m) and the mobile phase was acetonilrile - water (40 : 60) at the flow rate of 1.0mL/min. The UV detection wavelength was at 343 nm. Results The liner range of piperine was 0. 05 ~5 μg( r= 1. 0000); the average recovery rate was 99. 38% (RSD = 1. 04% , n = 9). Conclusion The method is simple and accuate, which can be used for the determination of piperine and for the quality control of Tongluo Qutong Gao.关键词
