摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a determination method of Tanshinone Ha in Xinshu Pill by HPLC. Methods The Diamonsil Cu column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5μm)was used,The mobile phase consisted of methanol - water(73 : 27) and the detective wavelength was at 270 nm. The column temperature wa9 28℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The good linear correlation existed in the range of 0.027 65 -0. 497 7 (ig for tanshinone ⅡA( r = 0. 999 7). The average recovery rate was 98. 57% , RSD = 0. 70% ( n =6). Conclusion The HPLC method is simple, sensitive, accurate and specific with good reproducibility, which provides the reliable way to detect the content of tanshinone Ⅱa in Xinshu Pill.关键词
