摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the characteristics of the ADRs associated with ENX to guide rational drug use. Methods ADRs of ENX reported in domestic medical journals during 1999 — 2010 were collected and statistically analyzed. Results A hundred and eighty cases (90.45%) were given levofloxacin intravenously in total of 199 ADR cases. Sixty - six cases (33. 17%) were characterized with lesion of cardiovascular system, followed by lesion of skin and its appendants (54 cases, 27. 14% ), anaphylactic shock (8 cases, 4.02%). There were 11 cases of unexpected serious ADRs. Conclusion Unexpected serious ADRs by ENX should be paid more attention to . The tighten monitoring on the use of ENX to reduce the incidences of ADRs.关键词
