Abstract
Objective To understand the occurrence characteristics of adverse drug reaetions(ADR) of traditional Chinese medicines to provide reference for clinical medication safety. Methods Eighty - seven cases of Chinese medicine ADR reports from 2005 to 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Eighty - seven cases of ADR were involved 18 kinds of Chinese medicine preparations, including 13 kinds of Chinese medicine injections, accounting for 72. 22% ; 67 cases (77.01%) occurred within 30 min after administration; the administration route of intravenous drip was in 75 cases( 86. 21% ); the clinical manifestations were mainly damage of skin and its appendages, accounting for 48.28% , followed by systemic damage and circulatory system damage, and more severe events including breathing difficulties, tightness in breathing, chest tightness and leukopenia. Conclusion Should strengthen the report work of ADR monitoring and rationally use the traditional Chinese medicine preparations to ensure patient's medication.关键词
