Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical value of high-frequency ultrasonography in the classification of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries in knee joint. Methods: Compare the results of 85 patients with suspected ACL injuries diagnosed by arthroscopy and high-frequency ultrasonography, and grade ACL injuries. Results: ACL injuries were classified into three grades according to their extent and signs. The high-frequency ultrasonic diagnosis was right in 78 out of 85 cases (91. 76%), with 4. 71% false negative cases (4/85) and 3. 53% false positive cases (3/85). Conclusion: The high-frequency ultrasonic diagnosis of ACL injuries shows high accuracy and can serve as routine examination of ACL injuries in knee joint.关键词
