摘要
Abstract
The multi-functional coater for specialty paper equipped with blade coater and doctor coater can meet the requirement of different coating formulas and coating weights. The fan in recycling hot air drying system uses frequency conversion control with temperature self-control system to realize automatic adjustment after the temperature reaches the set point,it realizes energy saving purpose. The automatic reel-exchanges are carried out in unwinding and reel collecting processes under full speed working mode which enhances efficiencies and reduces assisting time. The machine has been running smoothly when it is used for the production of carbonless copy paper and thermal-sensitive paper. The economic and technological index meet the design target.关键词
