热带爪蟾Dmrt3基因的克隆及在早期胚胎发育中的表达
Molecular cloning and characterization of Dmrt3 during xenopus tropicalis embryogenesis

Abstract
DMRT/Dmrt (Doublesex and Mab- 3 Related Transcription factor) genes are characterized by a unique zinc finger like DNA-binding motif known as the DM domain. So far, eight different Dmrt members have been identified in vertebrates, and most of the members have been implicated in sexual determination and differentiation since their specific expression in gonads. However, some Dmrt genes also involve in other developmental processes such as the development of somites and olfactory neurogenesis. Thus Dmrt genes consist of an important developmental regulator. Herein, the full length cDNA of DmrtZ was cloned by RT-PCR from X. tropicalis embryos. Whole-mount in situ hybridization (WISH) revealed that the spatial expression of DmrtZ was restricted in the olfactory pla-code,lateral line placode, neural tube and telecephanlon. The overlapping expressions in olfactory placode and tele-cephalon indicate that DmrtZ might participate in olfactory neurogenesis like Dmrt4 during Xenopus early embryo-genesis.关键词
