百令疏肝胶囊治疗免疫损伤性肝纤维化的实验研究

摘要
Abstract
To explore the effect and mechanism of Corbrin shugan capsule on immunological hepatic fibrosis, the rat model of immunological hepatic fibrosis was established by intraperitoneal injection of pigs serum repeatedly. We determined the content of [II PC, LN, TIMP-1 in serum by ELISA, the content of ALB in serum by chemical color-imetric and the content of Hyp in liver tissue by HPLC. We observed Collagen deposition in liver tissue by masson staining, and measured the fibrosis area(S) by Motic Med 6. 0 motic digital medical image analysis system. Compared with the control group, the content of TIMP-1, LN in serum and Hyp in liver tissue evidently decreased with Corbrin shugan capsule groups for giving 270 and 450 mg · kg-1 dose. The hepatic fibrosis area evidently decreased with Corbrin shugan capsule groups for giving90, 270 and 450 mg· kg-l dose. The content of El PC and ALB in serum respectively evidently decreased and increased with Corbrin shugan capsule groups for giving 450 mg · kg-1 dose. Corbrin shugan capsule had significant therapeutic effect on immunological hepatic fibrosis induced by pig's serum. It shows Corbrin shugan capsule has significant positive regulatory effect on matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) > has passive regulatory effect on synthesis and deposition of extracellular matrix(ECM), can promote cell regeneration after injury, and can decrease the content of III PC and hepatic fibrosis area, so that it can slow down the process of liver fibrosis and recover liver function.关键词
