自制艾灸床薰灸治疗原发性痛经的临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of man -made moxibustion bed for primary dysmenr-rhea. Methods:40 cases of dysmenorrheal patients were divided randomly into two groups,20 cases in treatment group and 20 cases in control group,and the Heche Luqueji section was done by moxibustion treatment respectively. Eight columns of moxa (φ18 mm ×50 mm) were applied for moxibustion treatment on moxibustion bed in treatment group, and four pieces of moxa(φ18 mm ×200 mm) were tied up to a colum for traditional moxibustion treatment in control group. Clinical effects were evaluated after three periods of treatment. Results: Common effective rate was 70% in treatment group,and common effective rate was 55% in control group. There was no significant differences in two groups( P >0.05). Conclusion:Man - made moxibustion bed in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea has taken the place of traditional moxibustion. In addition,it should be popularized and spreaded due to the characteristic of little moxa smoke,rapid moxibustion sense, comfortable feeling for patients to accept,easy operation, obvious medicinal efficacy, intense fire, strong osmosis moxibustion treatment.关键词
