头针加体针治疗血管性痴呆的临床观察
Vascular Dementia Treated by Scalp Acupuncture Plus Body Acupuncture Therapy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Vascular Dementia treated by scalp acupuncture plus body acupuncture therapy. Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group, each group had 30 patients. The patients of treatment group were treated with scalp acupuncture plus body acupuncture. Others in control group treated with acupuncture only. The results were evaluated by using Hasegawa dementia scale, activities of Daily Living scale and the social function of events scale to observe the effects. ResultS:The excellent rate and effective rate of treatment group reached 50. 0% and 83. 3% and those rates of control group reached 40.0% and 76.7%. The statistical data (P <0.05) showed that there were big differences in excellent rate and effective rate between two groups and treatment group was better than control group. Conclusion:The method of scalp acupuncture plus body acupuncture therapy has a good effect on VD. It can improve the patients' all signs of cognitive function and non - cognitive function significantly.关键词
