摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the value of 3.0T MR susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) in acupuncture treatment for Parkinson's disease changes of pars compacta of substantia nigra (SNc). Methods: 48 cases of patients with Parkinson's disease according to the improvement in Hoehn - Yahr stage PD were divided into grade I - H20 cases, grade Ⅲ16 cases ,grade Ⅳ 12 cases, acupuncturing treatment three courses. Analyze the data of SNc width measuring three groups of patients before and after treatment in SWI axial images. Results: SNc width of grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ group before and after treatment was not statistically significant ( P > 0.05 ) , grade Ⅲ group and grade Ⅳ group SNc width after treatment than before treatment was statistically significant, especially the grade Ⅳ group ( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: There is a reliable clinical value applying SWI to assess acupuncture treatment of Parkinsons disease.关键词
