针灸在小儿脑瘫运动功能障碍康复治疗中的疗效观察
Acupuncture in the Rehabilitation Therapy for Cerebral Palsy Children with Motor Dysfunction
摘要
Abstract
Objective: In order to effectively improve the movement function of children with cerebral palsy ,to understand the clinical value ot acupuncture in rehabilitation therapy for the cerebral palsy children with motor dysfunction. Methods:85 children with cerebral palsy were randomly devided into treatment group(43 cases) and control group(42 cases). All the children got the treatment with motor function training. In addition, the treatment group was treated with acupuncture. Carry out control analysis of the treatment effect for two groups and the scores of Gross Motor Function Measure ( GMFM) for the two groups before and after the treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 90. 7% in the treatment group and 66. 7% in the control group. The treatment group was superior to control group,and there was a significant difference between two groups; the scores of Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM)between two groups had no significant difference before the therapy, but had a significant difference after the therapy. Conclusion: Acupuncture can effectively increase the efficacy of cerebral palsy children and improve their movement function significantly.关键词
