摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the curative effect of combination acupuncture with skin needles as the path with Buyang Huanwu Decoction to treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods; The patients of DPN were randomly divided into 2 groups. The observation group was treated by acupuncture with skin needles as the path adds Buyang Huanwu Decoction. The control group was treated by conventional acupuncture. Observe and compare the transformation for four weeks and two weeks made up of a course of treatment. Results: The self - conscious symptom,clinical signs and MCV,SCV were all improved in different degree,furthermore the observation group was much better than the control group ( P < 0. 01) . Conclusion; Acupuncture with skin needles as the path combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction has a good therapeutic effect to the diabetic peripheral neuropathy.关键词
