Abstract
Objective; To study clinical effect of the joint using acupuncture and massage therapy to treat radicular type of cervical spondylosis. Methods;60 cases of radicular type of cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group are treated by using acupuncture treatment, where the observation group by adding massage therapy. The therapeutic effect, the pain relief situation and recurrence of the two groups are analyzed. Results: The total effectiveness of the control group was 76. 7% , where the observation group was 93. 3%. After statistics analysis of the total effectiveness of two groups, the difference has statistically significant(P <0. 05). The dizziness functional evaluation score after treatment were significantly increased in all groups, and the observation group was higher than control group, the difference has statistically significant( P <0. 05) , the cervical vertigo and restore function condition for the observation group was better than the control group. The VAS rating statistics analysis after treatment observation group and control group, the difference has statistically significant(P <0.05) , the analgesic effect for observation group is better than the control group. After half a year follow - up, the recurrence rate of the control group is 20% where the observation group is 6.7%. After statistics analysis of the recurrence rate, the differ- ence has statistically significant (P <0. 05). Conclusion; The combined using of acupuncture and therapeutic massage therapy method is better than the acupuncture. The vertigo, function evaluation and analgesic effect in the observation group are better than the control group. And follow - up half a year, the recurrence rate of the observation group is lower than those of the control group. This method is convenient operation and has definite effect which is worth of clinic application.关键词
