低荧光水基润滑剂RY-838的研制与应用OA北大核心CSTPCD

通过利用改性植物油和多羟基胺反应生成亲水性酯溶于加有阴离子表面活性剂的水溶液,研制出了低荧光水基润滑剂RY-838,对RY-838的合成条件进行了优选.室内评价结果表明,RY-838的荧光级别低于2级,加量为0.5%时润滑系数降低率大于88%;稳定性好,静置4个月后仍为均匀的黄灰色乳状液;同时经160℃高温老化及低温(-20℃)冷冻后,该润滑剂的润滑性不受影响.经21口井的现场应用表明,RY-838不仅能降低或排除钻井液荧光对录井、测井资料准确性…查看全部>>
In this paper, a low fluorescence water-base lubricant RY-838 is developed, based on hydrophilic ester dissolved in anion active water that is generated by modified vegetable oil and polyhydroxyamine.
