Abstract
In this paper, a low fluorescence water-base lubricant RY-838 is developed, based on hydrophilic ester dissolved in anion active water that is generated by modified vegetable oil and polyhydroxyamine. The experimental results show that the fluorescence degree is lower than the second level, the reduced rate of lubricating coefficient is higher than 88% with the content of 0.5%, the emulsion system is still stable 4 month later, and even after aged at 160 °C and -20 °G it has good lubricating performance. The application of more than 30 wells show that it not only has no effect on mud logging and logging, but also has good compatibility with drilling fluid additives, which can be used at deep, exploration and horizontal wells.关键词
