新型油井水泥分散剂PC-F42L的研制与应用
Research and Application on Novel Oil Well Cement Dispersing Agent PC-F42L
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, a novel polycarboxylic acid dispersing agent PC-F42L is developed by using aqueous-phrase copolymerization reaction. The experimental results show that PC-F42L has excellent rheological behavior control ability with the content of 0.5%-1% (by weight of cement), and the cement slurry has low initial thickness, along with the liquidity factor getting bigger and bigger. Moreover, it has good compatibility with common oil cement retarders and fluid loss additives, and it is also superior to the common used dispersing agent. The application shows that the cement slurry added by PC-F42L, has good performances to satisfy the demand of cementing.关键词
