摘要

Abstract

The viscosifier is important to rheology of drilling fluid to carry cuttings. In this paper, the development of viscosifier is introduced that starts from natural vegetable gum to high temperature and salt resistance polymer viscosifier. The roblems of acrylamide polymer and XC polymer viscosifiers used in high temperature and high salt content formations are analyzed, and the treatment methods mainly are inducting high performance functional monomers to viscosifier molecule that can improve the thermo-stability, as well as, introducing double-functionality crosslinked copolymers that can form controllable crosslinked molecule structure. Moreover, the research method of novel high temperature and salt resistance viscosifier is developed.
