Effects of norfloxacin on the quantity and drug-resistance of bacteria isolated from soil

Abstract
Abstract: The experiment was aimed to investigate the effects of NOR (norfloxacin) on the quantity and dnlg-resistanee of bacteria isolated from soil. After the soils were treated with NOR for 35 days, bacteria isolated from soil samples were cultured on isolation media, and their antimicrobial susceptibilities were examined to study the effect of NOR onsoilbaeteria. The: resutts sh0wCd that the counts of soil among 6 treatment groups. The total bacteri; counts of treated groups were less than those of CK, and they were decreased with the increasing c0ncentration of NOR i, soil. The susceptlbiltles of NOR2sensltive bacteria to 18 kinds bf antimicrobial agents among 20 kinds of antiseptic wet, not significantly distinguished from that of NOR'resistant bacteria (p〉0.05)关键词
