曲霉发酵豆粕对育成猪磷代谢的影响
Effect of bean pulp fermented with AspergiUus usami on the phosphorusmetabolism in growing-finishing pigs

Abstract
15 8-week-old growing-finishing pigs (average body weight of 23.6 kg) with duality cross were randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 in each. Normal bean pulp and fermented with Aspergillus ttsami ones were given to the pigs, then all feces were collected to study the eft~ct of fermented bean pulp on the phosphorusmetabolism in growing-finishing pigs. The results showed that the pigs fed with fermented bean pulp were significantly improved on the digestibility of phosphorus and crude protein. It was concluded that bean pulp fermented with Aspergillus usamt could not only improve the digestibility of phosphorus and protein, but also decrease the emission of P and N.关键词
