摘要
Abstract
Objective： To investigate the effect and mechaism of flavo.oid sact from Radi Astragali bifendate （100 mg/kg） by gastrogavage twice daily, respectively. After 12 and 24 hours, the contents of ALT, AST and ALB in serum were determined, and the level of hepatic MDA, SOD and GSH-Px were also detected. Results： After treatment with flavonoid extract, the contents of ALT, AST and hepatic MDA in rats were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）, while the contents of ALB had no changes compared with that of the model group. Moreover, the level of SOD and GSH-Px in treatment group were all approximated to that of the normal control, but higher than that of the model group. Conclusion： Flavonoid extract from Radix Astragali compound preparation could protect rats from acute hepatic injury induced by CC14.关键词
