Abstract
To establish a method for the determination of ribavirin added illegally in veterinary Chinese medicine powders by HPLC,a reverse-phase C18 column was used with the mobile phase of water （adjusted the pH value with dilute sulphuric acid to 2.5＋0.1 ） at 207 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The results demonstrated that the linearity range of ribavirin was 1.016-20.32μg/mL, the linear equation was Y= 5.68×10 X - 5.61×10-2（r= 0..999 9, n=6 ）. The recovery rate was 81.28%- 119.46% and RSD was 0.88%-1.65%. It is indicated that this method is accurate, reliable and suitable for the determination of ribavirin added illegally in veterinary Chinese medicine powders such as Bailong San, Cartgzhuxianglian San and Huanglianjiedu San, etc.关键词
