Effect of Equipment Suspension Stiffness on Riding Quality
摘要
Abstract
In order to analyze the effect of equipment suspension stiffness on vehicle riding quality, the rigid-flexible coupling system dynamics model of EMU was established based on the modal calculation of the finite element model of EMU car body and using interface module of multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK. The coupling vibration between car body and equipments was studied, including different equipment suspension stiffness. According to comparative analysis of rigid and flexible two different join ways, it was found that the flexible suspension can depress the bending vibrations of car body, therefore can greatly reduce the equipment suspension influence to the car body. The optimization simulation results indicate that the equipment suspension stiffness has important effect on vehicle riding quality.关键词
