脱落酸对水稻种子萌发的影响
Effect of ABA on Germination of Rice Seeds
摘要
Abstract
Three kinds of rice seeds of Peiliangyou 288, R402 and LP04 were treated by soaking seeds with different concentrations of Abscisic acid to study its effect on seed germination. The result showed that the seed germination wag significantly inhibited by 20 -90 mg/L ABA at high concentration, but promoted by 10 mg/L ABA just for LP04. Combining a-nalysis of the soluble sugar content, alpha - aniylase activity and plant hormones and other physiological indicators during rice seeds germination, the results showed that the 20 -50 mg/L ABA inhibited effectively germination of rice seeds, which can provide a basis of exogenous ABA concentration during the rice seeds storage.关键词
