摘要

Abstract

This paper compared two different protein extraction methods of Brassica napus leaves, and discussed the optimization scheme of leaves 2 - DE. The results showed that the TCA/acetone was more suitable to protein extraction compared with Tris - Cl method; using IPG of pH 4 - 7 and 12% SDS - PAGE could separate protein completely; using Coo-massie brilliant blue G250 dyeing twice could improve resolution of 2 - DE experiment results, and could separate more a-bout 2,000 protein dots, besides the results can keep stability and good repeatability.
