Optimization of Two Dimensional Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis System for Brassica napus Leaves Protein
摘要
Abstract
This paper compared two different protein extraction methods of Brassica napus leaves, and discussed the optimization scheme of leaves 2 - DE. The results showed that the TCA/acetone was more suitable to protein extraction compared with Tris - Cl method; using IPG of pH 4 - 7 and 12% SDS - PAGE could separate protein completely; using Coo-massie brilliant blue G250 dyeing twice could improve resolution of 2 - DE experiment results, and could separate more a-bout 2,000 protein dots, besides the results can keep stability and good repeatability.关键词
