摘要

Abstract

Wind turbines usually operate in harsh environment, due to the reasons of protection level, a situation appears those generators are prone to be exposed to moisture or be soaked by rain, so a higher requirement of the performance of resistant to moisture on the insulation structure is needed. The significance of insulation structure of wind turbines based on waterproof performance was presented, giving analysis of insulation structure's character and the reason may lead to bad waterproof performance, meanwhile, combining with the introduction and implementation of water-immersion test and water-spray test, the waterproof performance of improved wind turbines' insulation structure has been verified.
